Eliza W. Goodhue, LMTEliza is a licensed massage therapist practicing lomilomi in Northern Vermont. Because Vermont is one of only 2 U.S. States that does not regulate required training or licensure for the practice of massage, Eliza keeps her license active in the State of Hawaii.
She specializes in lomilomi, deep tissue massage, and hot stone therapy. Her particular joys are assisting people in recovery from injury and working with the elements to deliver an integrative bodywork treatment. Eliza has delivered thousands of effective treatments in her fourteen years of clinical practice. |
She studied under the ManaLomi (TM) system of Hawaiian Healing studies, as taught by founder Dr. Maka'ala Yeats, DC. The ManaLomi method is rooted in the teachings of Auntie Margaret Machado of Kealakekua, HI, as well as other Hawaiian Elders and healers. Upon completing her studies of ManaLomi levels 1-3, including muscle work, soft tissue work, joint mobilization for healing, and Hawaiian hot stone massage, Eliza worked in both chiropractor clinics and in world-class Hawaiian spas.
She lives in Northern Vermont with her spouse and two pets, and enjoys hiking, biking, and gardening. |
